Summary: Building capacity in the building. Creating a possbile model for other schools. Working with the MAth and ELA coach, we are creating an online library for teachers and later for students that is tailored to the needs of the school. Looking at curriculum maps, assessment needs we create in PortaPortal a PS 195 online library with links that are tailored to the needs of the teachers. We had created a template "folders". I am also teaching the two coaches how to turn key it in the building so it is a collaborative process where teachers create the online library for them and by them. The principal is very accomodating and release the coaches to work on this endevor. Once we have established templates - a PD will take place with teachers to introduce the PS 195 online library.
